AUCTION & CHEF'S TABLE

This year's event will feature a limited offering of high value, unique auction items and our Chef's Table experiences.  If you are interested in participating, please contact auction@casaoc.org to learn more.

CHEF'S TABLE PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-course meal minimum

• Wine pairing and specified quantity of bottles of wine     included with the meal

• Accommodate 6 to 10 guests

• Chef or owner must be present during the reservation     to greet guests and introduce the various courses

• Provide estimated value of the meal, must be over           $1,500 to be included in the Riviera Magazine Ad

• Use of private room or something unique to make for     a memorable experience

• Include expiration date, required reservation notice,       blackout dates and restrictions

• Provide promotional material such as menus and               posters to be displayed on the day of the event

• Submit a HIGH-RES headshot of the owner/chef and a     HIGH-RES company logo by Friday, April 12, 2024.

Your restaurant's name and the headshot of either the owner or chef will be included in the  2024 CASA Celebration Chef's Table Ad that will be featured in the June 2024 issue of Riviera Magazine.
